§ 179-4. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated:
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
- As defined in § 30-1 of the General Statutes.
- GUARDIAN
- As defined in § 45a-604 of the General Statutes.
- HOST
- A person who hosts an event.
- HOST AN EVENT
- To organize a gathering of two or more persons or to allow any property that one owns or possesses or over which one exercises dominion and control to be used with one's knowledge for a gathering of two or more persons for personal, social, or business interaction.
- MINOR
- As defined in § 30-89a(a) of the General Statutes.
